I hope my image upload worked. I have heard discussion both ways on this cloud formation. It fascinates me!

What do you think? Are they a secret signature of tornado opportunity or are they merely a cool cloud formation that is utterly unrelated to tornado development?

Does anybody know anything "scientifically interesting" about this formation?

I really like to learn anything anyone has on them!

Thanks!
